University Cooperation UEM-Flemish Inter-University Council VLIR : DESAFIO

The program consists of 8 integrated projects around the central theme of Reproductive Health and HIV/Aids.

The 8 integrated project fields are the following :

1. Human Rights

2. Justice and Social Protection

3. Gender and Family Affairs

4. Reproductive Health

5. HIV/Aids

With 3 transversal themes

6. Statistics and Modeling

7. Institutional Capacity Building

8. Technical Assistance – Cluster Support Service

The Belgian Cooperation is funding VLIR (Flemish Interuniversity Council) to operate the University Cooperation Program but is also assisting directly through its program of scholarships (regional and research scholarships).
