Indirect Cooperation
Under Indirect Cooperation, the Belgian Government is providing an indirect support to development in Mozambique through Belgian NGO's and University Cooperation Programmes
A. NGO-programme: Oxfam, FOS, Red Cross Flanders, Damian Foundation, Medecins sans Frontieres, DISOP
B. University Cooperation DESAFIO : A structural cooperation programme between UEM and the Flemish Inter-university Council has been signed in 2006 for a period of 10 years
